You’ve come to the right place to register for the Monday, July 20th CMVB paddle and river clean-up!

Anyone needing boats and gear will do that here:

3 STEPS TO GET REGISTERED AND THE GEAR YOU NEED:

1. Pick the type of boat you need (quantity should always be 1).

Choose between single kayaks, paddle boards, double kayaks and canoes.

Single Boats - kayaks and paddle boards - simply pick your boat, keep the quantity as “1” and move to step #2

Double boats - pick canoe or double kayak, keep your quantity to “1”.

You will be asked who your paddle partner/team mate will be in the waiver . We will pair you with your teammate on the day of the event.

• IMPORTANT NOTE FOR DOUBLE BOATS -If you are getting a double boat, only the team captain of the boat needs to select the canoe or double kayak. The other member of the team in that boat should register as “Transportation only, I have my own gear or am the second person in a two-person boat”

2. When you are done selecting your type of registration, push “add to cart” and that selection will be added to your cart.

3. When you are satisfied that you are done, push the “checkout” button that is usually in the upper right corner of your screen (depending on browsers). “checkout” may also show as a little shopping cart icon.

Once you press “check-out” you will be prompted to complete and sign the waiver, do that. The waiver is mandatory, and if you don’t complete the waiver and sign…you can’t participate. After the waiver, you will see your order. fill in your information, and you are done!

*This boat reservations include Personal Floatation Devices (PFD's) and paddles for each boat passenger.

THAT’S IT! YOU ARE NOW REGISTERED!

You will receive a confirmation email after you have completed your registration.

Event logistics:

9:00 a.m. - Meet at Riverside Adventure Company located at 476 D and H Avenue, Riverside, PA

9:30 a.m. - Bus leaves Riverside Adventure Company for North Branch Canal Trail River Access in Danville.

10:00 a.m. - Safety meeting, paddle basics, and outline of the event will be discussed.

10:30 a.m. - On the water! This is the FREE PADDLE PORTION of the event. No clean up at this portion.

11:00 a.m. - Approximately…the CLEAN UP PORTION STARTS AT THE DANVILLE FISH AND BOAT COMMISSION LAUNCH. Pick up trash, and fill your boats and carry all refuse to the Riverside Adventure Company landing area.

1:00 p.m. - Clean up portion wrap-up and make your way to the Riverside Adventure Company landing area. This area will be obvious from the water, and is about 1/4 mile past the Danville River bridge on the “river left” side of the Susquehanna. There, you will deposit your trash into appropriate containers.

1:30 p.m. - lunch is served at the Riverside Adventure company.

2:30 p.m. - Event is finalized.
