With typical river conditions, this paddle might take up to an hour.
Along the way, you will pass the Fish and Boat launch, some water company structures, some boulders protruding from he water, and if levels are “lowish” you might see some rocky bedrock outcroppings that will produce a few riffles in the water.
When you get within a 1/4 mile of the Danville/Riverside Rt. 54 bridge, you want to start making your way river right. There you will see some signs indicating your take-out point.
Leave your boats, paddles and pfd’s on the side of the river, and from there, our signs and staff will direct you to the Old Forge Brewing Company location on Mill Street for the next part of your Adventure!
