Greek Alumni Grotto at Brewski’s downstairs

Homecoming is a wacky and wonderful annual event that is extra special for Greek Alumni. Whether you attend every year, or whether this is your first time as a Greek Alumni, you can see the value of having a place to “call home” for the day. A place that isn’t your chapter house, or the alumni house, or the bars, or your hotel room, A place that is centrally located in town, so it’s a short walk to any of those “Old haunts” you might want to visit. But when you are done visiting…you can return…to some good greek friends (old and new) and a bit of calm.

Ammenities

Calm will be relative, because the room has many of it’s own amenities. for example:

• Two bowling lanes

• Our own bar, with TWO Bartenders. This means no long waits for drinks.

• At least 10 TV screens

• Lots of other games and things to do.

Food and Drinks

Food can be ordered upstairs as well as additional drinks, and they are known for their polish offerings and gourmet coffees.

We are going to keep admittance low.

Last year, we learned our lesson as about 200 folks filled the room downstairs at Brewski’s. We learned that was too many, as it got hot and loud. This year, we will limit the occupancy to 100 tickets, which we believe will yield about 75 folks there at any given time. Enough to be fun, without it becoming overwhelming or uncomfortable.

The “Top Ten” of How it will work

If you are on this page, you already know a little bit about how this will work. You have access to this page because you have volunteered to lead your organization in regard to purchasing these wristbands and distributing them to your organization members in attendance. Here is all you have to do now:

1. Go to the top of this page where it asks for the quantity of wristbands you want/need.

2. Add the number you need.

3. When you are satisfied with the quantity click “add to cart”.

4. A form will pop up on your screen asking for some information and for you to sign the waiver.

5. Refusing the waiver will result in no wristbands being issued. After it is accepted, you can push “checkout” at the bottom of that page.

6. You will be asked for some more information and then you can pay for your organization using a major credit card, Apple Pay or PayPal.

7. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

8. Allow a week or so for mailing of the physical wristbands.

9. After you receive your wristbands, it will be your responsibility to see that the appropriate members of your group get them. They are transferable, but we will be checking for them at the door, and that will include the serial numbers printed on the wristbands.

10. That’s it! You are now going to have an exclusive seat at the hip place for Greek Alumni for Homecoming!
