Riverside Adventure Company is working with Amy Houseknecht, Tiffany Rodriguez and Elijah Evans to create our biggest event to date. This evening combines “doable” exercise for your body, with needed exercise for your mind and soul.

How is our intention manifesting? What new depths of ourselves are we discovering? How are we using variation in our life? 

***  Join us for a variety of 4 different woo-woo experiences.  Elijah, Jessica, Tiffany, and Amy will guide participants through 4 different modalities of woo- woo prior to the paddle. 3 hour event for about 30 minutes  with each facilitator on land. Then we take to the water to solidify our practices.  6:30-9:30

Join Jessica as she brings her intuitive gifts of energy healing to guide us through exploring a deeper connection to self. Learn how to correlate the relationship between body and chakras as she guides us through surrendering to the process of healing ourselves.

Expanding our intuitive insight, Jessica will support us on our journey to a deeper sense of self awareness.



Elijah Evans - Black belt and outdoorsman

About Elijah:

Elijah’s, first degree black belt in the Martial Art of Taekwondo, will lead us in movement bringing awareness ,calm, and focus to our body, mind, and spirit.

Taekwondo ingrains a profound understanding of the relationship between our internal and external energies. Learning to channel deep breathing to use kinetic and potential energy for preparation and execution of movements requires focus and discipline. Learn meditative movements that build up your inner power and mental strength; creating flexibility in your mind and body.


Tiffany Rodriguez - “Green witch/herbalist”

About Tiffany:

Tiffany has been practicing the ways of the “Green Witch/herbalist” for 10 years. She describes herself as, “Following her heart and the phases of the moon” in her own personal practice, and she will be with us Saturday to share the with you.

Focusing on the powers of the Full Buck moon, Tiffany will guide us in exploring  ways of harnessing the moon’s energy. We’ll dive into practicing various methods of clearing energetic space and create a little “take away” project beneficial for grounding and tuning into the natural rhythms of nature.

From Tiffany:

“We will be cleansing and charging crystals and making moon water. I will bring enough supplies for everyone to take their own home.”

What’s Included?

how this event will unfold:

  • Welcome! Introductions and outlining the evening.

  • Loosening up. Stretching. Breathing. Some thoughts, exercises and inspirations.

  • At the right time, we take to the water after a short safety talk and some basics.

  • A beautiful evening on the water, at a beautiful place, with open, friendly, introspective people

  • Some martial arts inspired meditations and exercises on the water.

  • When the time is right, we head back to shore.

  • Light, healthy snacks and drinks as we debrief and enjoy each other’s company

What’s not Included (that you might want)

  • A yoga mat, blanket or towel.

and if you forget…we’ll figure something out…

Registration

The cost is $65.00 and you can use the button to register. We provide everything you need including boats, paddles, life jackets, incidental supplies and exciting Guides. If you have your own gear, it’s fine to bring it along if that makes you a more comfortable paddler. There is no discount for doing so, as our staff will still be helping get the gear to the launch location and doing he same amount of work as if we supply the gear.
